Booking:
Simply provide the estate agent’s contact details, a copy of the Home Buyer’s Report (if available), and note any areas of concern.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange property access directly with the agent — so you can relax while we handle everything.

Our turn around is 2-4 days after inspection with completion being sooner where possible.

This survey follows the same comprehensive inspection process as our Homebuyer Damp Survey, covering all key internal and external areas of the property.
The only difference is that it does not include a review of the buyer’s or surveyor’s report.

It’s ideal for property owners, landlords, or clients who simply want an independent damp assessment without referencing a pre-existing survey document.
You’ll still receive a full written report with photographs, moisture readings, and remedial recommendations, providing clear, unbiased guidance on any damp-related issues found.

It’s ideal for clients who do not require a full property survey but want professional investigation into two identified problem areas — for example, a damp wall and an affected chimney breast, or a leaking gutter and internal staining.

Our specialist surveyor will conduct targeted testing and inspection within the chosen areas, identifying causes and providing clear, practical recommendations for remedial action.
You’ll receive a concise written report with photographs, moisture readings, and repair guidance, ensuring you have the information needed to resolve the issues efficiently and confidently.
