It’s ideal where damp concerns are confined to a specific part of the building — for example, internal condensation or mould issues, or external defects such as cracked render, leaking gutters, or penetrating damp.

It’s ideal for clients who do not require a full property survey but want professional investigation into two identified problem areas — for example, a damp wall and an affected chimney breast, or a leaking gutter and internal staining.
Our specialist surveyor will conduct targeted testing and inspection within the chosen areas, identifying causes and providing clear, practical recommendations for remedial action.
