Our process starts with a thorough damp and ventilation survey to identify the root cause of moisture issues. We assess ventilation, insulation, humidity, and moisture sources to determine the most effective long-term solution.
For condensation control, we focus on improving air movement and ventilation, which may include upgrading extractor fans in kitchens and bathrooms or installing Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) systems to provide a constant flow of filtered, fresh air. Where necessary, we also recommend insulation improvements to reduce cold surfaces where condensation commonly forms.
To tackle mould, we apply professional anti-fungal treatments to eliminate visible growth and destroy spores at their source. Damaged surfaces are replaced with mould-resistant materials, and long-lasting inhibitors are applied to prevent recurrence.
